You acknowledge that the linked sites are not under the control of TheOnlineBusinessDirectory.NET and we are not responsible for the contents or operation of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or any updates to such sites.

Submission Guidelines:

For inclusion in our directory the following guidelines must be followed:

1.     Submit your site to the most relevant and deepest category. Submissions to wrong category will be deleted immediately.  Submissions in Top Level Categories (1st level) are not accepted.

2.     FREE listings accept only home pages (eg www.yourdomain.com). 

3.     Do not capitalize the first letter of every word or use ALL CAPS in descriptions.

4.     In order to get prompt approval, provide a comprehensive description with your website without any grammatical mistakes.

5.     Extra keyword rich words are not allowed in the title in any case.

In addition to the above your website must also abide by the following terms:

1.     Your site must not be "Under Construction"

2.     Your site cannot be redirected the visitors to another site.

3.     The site must be in English.

4.     Sites consisting mainly of affiliate links will not be accepted.

5.     Sites containing any adult materials will not be accepted.

6.     Sites containing online gambling games including but not restricted to poker, bingo, roulette, will not be accepted.

7.     Sites developed just for earning revenue from AdSense advertisements will be rejected.

8.     Sites with poor design and excess advertisements will be rejected.

9.     Do not submit mirror sites that have same content, but different URLs

Termination

Editors of The TheOnlineBusinessDirectory.NET have full rights and privileges to edit, move or delete listings as necessary without any notice. Websites found to be breaking submission guidelines or these terms, even after approval, can be removed at the discretion of the editors. Once published, listings are not eligible for a refund, but will be permanently removed at the request of the site owner.

You agree that TheOnlineBusinessDirectory.NET shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
